Founded in 1994 on a plain idea: beat the competition on ethics, invest where you live, and treat a county like a client. Thirty-two years later we are still headquartered in Indian Trail, and we are the only firm in the area carrying both the MAI and CCIM designations.

Dennis Moser, MAI
President & Broker-In-Charge
A lifelong resident of Union County. Dennis started DM Properties in 1989 and The Moser Group in 1994, and still works as an active commercial broker and developer on top of running the company.
He holds the MAI designation — one of the appraisal industry's highest — along with a Certified General Real Estate Appraisal License in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. In January 2026 the state awarded him the Order of the Long Leaf Pine.
